Many versions, only advantages!
SIMECWIRE is available in SW version, with cutting widths of 900, 1200, 1600, 2000 and 2200mm, for sawing 2cm-thick slabs. The machine, in SWS version, i.e., version with upgraded motors and appropriately sized wire guide systems, can be ordered at the time of purchase to produce 1cm-thick slabs. All the reliability and solutions of the SIMECWIRE design remain unchanged in this case, thus providing customers with a very valuable additional choice.
Ergonomics and safety
With SIMECWIRE, operators preparing the cut always operate ergonomically and safely when repositioning diamond wires.
In fact, the intervention stations are assisted by the presence of convenient ladders and walkways, which make access and stay during the cutting preparation stages easier. The entire repositioning of the wetsuit of wires is performed by two people in about 15 minutes, while the complete replacement of the wetsuit is accomplished in about 1 hour, employing three people.
Product configuration
SIMECWIRE diamond wire gangsaws, with identical technical solutions and supporting structure, are available with different cutting widths to better suit customers’ specific needs. In addition, each machine being purchased can be configured to operate with different wire diameters, thus giving rise to a multitude of possible versions.
Depending on the thickness of the slabs to be produced and the value of the material or other specific parameters, the customer will need to identify in advance of purchase the diameter of the wires to be used and the minimum thickness required, so as to make their sawing operation efficient and convenient.

Version for marble
SIMECWIRE multiwires can also be set up at the purchase stage for marble cutting. In this case, the machine is equipped with higher-power motors and small devices that allow the wire to reach peripheral speeds most suitable for cutting soft materials, in this case providing exciting downfeed system performance, which can reach cutting an entire block in 90min.
